Q: What sizes do you carry?
A: Most of our apparel is available in sizes XS–3XL. We also offer a select number of limited-edition designs in sizes up to 4XL and 5XL. Sizing is determined by the manufacturer chosen for each specific design, so we always recommend reviewing the product description and our Size Guide for accurate measurements before placing your order.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: We accept returns only in the event of a product defect or fulfillment error. All return requests must be submitted within the time frame stated in our Return Policy, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. We do not accept exchanges, and we cannot process returns for reasons of preference or change of mind.
Q: Do you accept custom requests?
A: Yes. We gladly accept custom requests and special project inquiries. These are priced at a premium due to the time, materials, and creative work involved. Because every custom piece is unique, we do not provide exact process details prior to review — simply email your request to Pettyinpearls@gmail.com for consideration. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response during our posted business hours.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Standard processing time for most orders is 2–5 business days prior to shipment. Shipping timelines vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
